SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE NO. &91-/ -C6 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND MAKING TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS TO ORDINANCE NO. 8396-93 OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 8540-94 OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND ADDRESSING SALARIES OF NON-BARGAINING EMPLOYEES STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT Ordinance No. 8396-93 of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, as amended by Ordinance No. 8540-94 of the Common Council of the City of South Bend established salaries for City employees not belonging to a bargaining unit. The Common Council of the City of South Bend has determined that it is necessary to make certain technical corrections to Ordinance No. 8396-93, as amended, to address the salaries of certain positions that were inadvertently omitted from that ordinance. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND AS FOLLOWS: Section I. Ordinance No. 8396-93 of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, as amended shall be and hereby is amended to make the following technical corrections: For fiscal year 1995, the following are established as the maximum annual salaries of the indicated positions: POSITION/TITLE 1995 SALARY Interim Director, Morris Civic 31, 430 Director of Concessions 31,200 Director of Golf 37,088 Director of Recreation 39,783 Assistant Director of Recreation 32, 495 Golf Course Business Manager 28, 846 General Maintenance/Motor Pool 20, 556 Executive Director, Hall of Fame 42, 000 Manager - Group Sales/Special Events 28, 000 Education Director 28, 000 Exhibit Technician 37, 500 Senior Cashier 14, 000 Director of Collections 30, 000 Collections Assistant 23, 000 Administrative Assistant, Hall of Fame 19, 000 Section II.
