The park is temporary until the National Bank con-
summates their building plans.
Motion was made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney and
carried, to accept the proposed plans, as approved by the Urban
Design Review Committee.
PARK PLANS
APPROVED,
R-66
Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 3, E -7: Authorization CHANGE ORDER
was requested for the approval of this Change Order, with NO. 1 TO
Madison Builder's, Inc., for an increase in contract amount CONTRACT
of $336.00, (Contract: $5,799.00), or an amended contract NO. 3 AP-
total of $6,135.00, for rehabilitation work at: 1016 South PROVED, E -7
Carroll Street, Southeast Project E -7.
Mr. James L.
