Armstrong, Area Director, IN AUDIT concurs in the award for audit services to Goodson -Tyler AWARD, A -10 and Associates, IPA, for close -out of Project Indiana A -10. The cost of the audit is an eligible project cost and is to be reflected in the administrative staff expense budget. Paragraph 4 of our proposal and contract for audit services has been amended to provide that twenty -five (25) copies of the final audit report are to be submitted to the Regional Inspector General for Audit.
