HUD Area Office letter dated August 25, 1975: <br />This letter HUD CONCURS <br />over the signature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Director, <br />ON CHANGE <br />Community Planning & Development Division, <br />advises HUD <br />ORDER NO. 1 <br />concurrence of Change Order No. l to Plaza <br />Park Contract <br />TO PLAZA PARK <br />No. 1, which is for a decrease in contract <br />amount of <br />CONTRACT NO. 1, <br />$10,647.50, with the Nautilus Construction <br />Corporation <br />R -66 <br />of Elkhart, Indiana, or an adjusted contract amount of <br />$198,558.50, in Project Indiana R -66. <br />Mr. C. Wayne Brownell, Executive Director, Department of <br />Redevelopment, advised this decrease is due to work we <br />eliminated from the above contract. This work was for <br />paving and sidewalk removal by city employees under the <br />Board of Public Works and agreed to by Nautilus. <br />Motion was made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney <br />and carried, to receive the above letter and place on <br />file. <br />- 3 - <br />
