C <br />a. <br />GRAND TOTAL $ 57,008.32 <br />NICATION <br />HUD Area Office letter dated July 21, 1975: This letter, <br />over the signature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Acting Director, <br />Community Planning & Development Division, is in response to <br />our letter requesting concurrence on relocation payment to <br />One -Hour Martinizing, Inc., Parcel 10, Project Indiana R -66. <br />Mr. C. Wayne Brownell, Executive Director, Department of <br />Redevelopment, advised that HUD had previously denied this <br />claim based on fact that two requirements were not done, <br />and HUD has now waived both of the objections and approved <br />the claim: <br />1) Based upon the review of documentation submitted by you, <br />the requirement that prior HUD concurrence must be re- <br />ceived before partial payment of a claim exceeding <br />$10,000 may be made is hereby waived. <br />2) Based upon the review of documentation submitted by you, <br />a waiver of the six months time limit is hereby granted. <br />Motion was made by Mr. Donaldson, seconded by Mr. Cira and <br />carried, that the above correspondence be received and placed <br />on file. <br />- 3 - <br />HUD CONCURS <br />RELOCATION <br />PAYMENT to <br />ONE -HOUR <br />MARTINIZING, <br />INC., R -66 <br />
