<br />The wage decision in effect for this contract is IN -75 -2028
<br />with two modifications. Modification No. 1, dated March 7,
<br />1975, has been received and a copy of Modification No. 2,
<br />dated May 9, 1975, was attached to the letter.
<br />Mr. Frank J. Alford, our E.E.O. Director, will arrange for
<br />a pre - construction conference, per HUD's request.
<br />HUD letter dated June 25, 1975: This letter, over the -HUD CONCURRENCE
<br />signature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, advises of HUD con- IN AWARD OF
<br />currence in award of the Phase II -E contract for sidewalks PHASE II -E
<br />and streets, Project R -66, to Harry H. Verkler Construction, CONTRACT, R -66
<br />Inc., in amount of $14,500.00. HUD E.E.O. Division has also
<br />concurred in this award.
<br />The wage decision in effect for this contract is IN -75 -2028,

<br />a preconstruction, in accordance with HUD's request.

<br />signature of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, advises of HUD con-
<br />currence in award of the Plaza Park Contract No. 1, to
<br />Nautilus Construction Corporation of Elkhart, Indiana,
<br />in the amount of $209,206.00 (base bid: $171,349.50, plus
<br />Alternates A, C, H, J, K, N, P, Q, S, T, and U for an addi-
<br />tional $37,856.50). This is in Project Indiana R -66.
<br />E.E.O. Division has also concurred in the award.

<br />Indiana R -66: Mr. C. Wayne Brownell, Executive Director,
<br />advised this bid was received in Special Commission Meeting
<br />of June 27,1975, and the Commission action taken was that
<br />the bid be received and referred to Legal Counsel and staff
<br />for recommendation and report back to the Commission.
