Kelly, Secretary of the Board of Trustees, Department <br />of Redevelopment, advised in the meeting yesterday (July 2, 1975) of <br />the Redevelopment Trustees, Mr. Robert J. Cira was unanimously ap- <br />proved as the new member of the Redevelopment Commission to replace <br />Mr Bob L. Wade. He stated he has known Mr. Cira for some time. <br />Mr Cira is a native of South Bend; he's a long -time businessman <br />op rating the Cira's Super Markets, 2904 South Michigan Street, South <br />Be d; and "I am sure he will be a wonderful representative on the <br />Co mission." <br />At the same time, Mr. Kelly added, the Board of Trustees would like <br />to express their gratitude to Mr. Wade for his long and dedicated <br />se vice to the Commission. <br />ING -IN OF COMMISSIONER, MR. ROBERT J. CIRA, BY CHIEF DEPUTY <br />Mrs. Barbara Byers, Chief Deputy City Clerk, administered the oath <br />of office, to Mr. Robert J. Cira, appointed Commissioner of the South <br />Bevid Redevelopment Commission, by resolution adopted at the Special <br />Meeting of the Board of Trustees on July 2, 1975. <br />Mr � Cira was welcomed on board as a "Commissioner" for the Department <br />of Redevelopment, City of South Bend. <br />Leal Counsel: Mr. Kevin J.
