Council concerning Bill No. 35-12 on the establishment of the Avon Theatre as a historic landmark. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HISTORIC PRESERVATION <br /> COMMISSION OF SOUTH BEND AND ST. JOSEPH COUNTY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. On Bill No. 35-12, concerning the establishment of the Avon Theatre as a historic <br /> landmark,the Commission makes the following recommendation to the Common Council: <br /> Favorable Recommendation. <br /> [ ] Unfavorable Recommendation. <br /> [ ] No Recommendation. <br /> 2. The Staff of the Commission is directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the <br /> Common Council. <br /> 3.
