September 16.2012 <br /> Area Plan Commission of St.Joseph County <br /> (Public hearing Tuesday,September 18, 2012 at 3:30 p.m.) <br /> I am the property owner of 318 South Wellington Street and am writing to express my opinion <br /> about a rezoning issue being proposed at 3529 and 3527 Western Avenue. I am strongly <br /> against this rezoning taking place in the neighborhood. This address already has prior incidents <br /> of loitering, criminal activity and violence by said loiters. The police have been dealing with <br /> these issues for some time and the problems still exists. <br /> If this property is allowed to rezone fora gasoline services station facility this will bring more <br /> criminal activity to the neighborhood.
