<br />p. 16 -29). Mr. Thomas A. Oesterling, with Clyde E. Williams
<br />nd Associates, Inc., gave a lengthy presentation with the sche-
<br />atics shown for Alternates as prepared by the joint venture team
<br />ith Environmental Planning and Design in that meeting as noted
<br />n Mr. Phil Simonds' letter dated April 4, 1975, with attached
<br />ummary of alternatives, cost data and recommendations for Plaza
<br />reas between Jefferson and Colfax:
<br />Alternate D: Minimum of $770,000 to $1,465,000
<br />Alternate A: Minimum of $442,000 to $ 645,000
<br />Alternate B: Minimum of $460,000 to $ 550,000*
