OLD �USINESS (Cont'd <br />--F <br />f the Commission would wish a statement frcm.the Engineering Department <br />ith respect to the disposition, or payment for this as well, they <br />ould be more than happy to oblige us. <br />is: <br />ident Nimtz said he believes the appropriate action at this time <br />1) This be placed on the Agenda for the next meeting, <br />2) City Engineer's Office submit a`recommendation.report, and <br />3) Request City Engineer's Office to put on a barricade to <br />protect the area until it is remedied. <br />Mr. Soltesz said this is what was done the last meeting- -just exactly <br />what is being said now. The Chair said the reason is that we do not have <br />the City Engineer's report. Mr. Soltesz asked, "Did I understand Mr. <br />Patrick McMahon properly that there was nothing in input into the City <br />Engineering Department ?" Mr. McMahon answered, "That "s correct." <br />Mr. Soltesz pointed out the fact stating that we have all these papers <br />on the: wall with all the artistic drawings on it in the meantime, <br />and that's only part of the load. President Nimtz said that we cannot <br />act on this until we have a report from the Engineering *Department, <br />and Mr. Soltesz answered, "That is my point, Mr. Chairman. You are <br />right." <br />Motion for the above rEquE -St was made by.Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. <br />Chenney and as we lost our other Commissioner, the motion was carried by <br />the President. <br />End of Old Business. <br />12.
