<br />b. HUD Regional Office letter dated April 18,1975: This letter,
<br />over the signature of Ms. Mary M. Dangles, Legal Financing
<br />Officer, Office of Regional. Counsel, Region V, Chicago, ad-
<br />vises in connection with the sale of our forthcoming issue
<br />of Project Notes, they will submit, on our behalf, to The
<br />Daily Bond Buyer, data setting forth the information to be
<br />inserted in the Notice of Sale to be published therein. The
<br />information will be incorporated'in a consol- idated Notice of
<br />Sale which will include similar information with "respect to
<br />all Local Issuing Agencies selling Project Notes at this time,
<br />as well as all the conditions applicable to the sale.
<br />Also enclosed were HUD Form 9402, suggesting we prepare the
<br />form of proposal and distribute copies to each local bank
<br />and to other prospective purchasers, even though local adver-
<br />tising is not required by local law.
<br />The canvassing of bids will be at 1:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight
<br />Savings Time, on May 20, 1975, in the Office of the Depart-
<br />ment, for Project Indiana R -66, First Series 1975 Project Notes,
<br />in the amount of $6,745,000.00, with a closing date of June 17,
<br />1975, and a maturity date of June 11, 1976.
<br />Immediately upon the canvassing of the bids, they must be
<br />called into their Chicago Office for their authorization
<br />and awarding to the low bidder and the processing of the
<br />Project Notes.
<br />C. HUD letter dated April 25, 1975: This letter, over the signa-
<br />ture of Mr. Stephen J. Havens, Acting Director, Community
<br />Planning & Development Division, Indianapolis Area Office, ad-
<br />vises the revised Invitation for Bids, Addenda Nos. 2 and 3,
<br />and revised Engineer's Cost Estimate, submitted with our
<br />letter dated April 14, 1975, have been reviewed and approved
<br />for advertising, for the Colfax Pier Park Contract, R -66.
<br />They will await our submittal of the award package, with a
<br />total of five (5) items requested to be included in the
<br />mailed packet.
<br />d. HUD letter dated April 259 1975: This letter, over the signa
<br />ture of Mr. Daniel B. Bowman, Acting Director, Housing Pro-
<br />duction and Mortgage Credit Division, Indianapolis Area Office,
<br />advises the updated Wage Decision for Contract II -E, in the
<br />Central Downtown Renewal Project, for the Paving Force Account
<br />and Contractual Work on Curbs and Sidewalks, is IN75 -2028,
<br />dated February 7, 1975, and currently in effect Enclosed
<br />also is Modification No. 1, dated March 7, 1975.
