Staff Reports 1) Acquisition Status Report: Mr. William J.'Parrish, Real Estate Officer, submitted a written report on the follow - projects: R -57: Remains the same--one remaining to be acquired. 382 Parcels purchased, 18 Condemnation Cases, totalling 400. R -66: Three (3) remains to be acquired. 228 Parcels purchased,.) Condemnation Case, totalling 229. Merry Avenue: Purchases completed. 40 Parcels purchased, 2 Condemnation Cases, totalling 42. NDP A -10: All parcels acquired. MN #1: 34 Parcels purchased, 1 Condemnation Case, totalling 35. SE #1: 62 Parcels purchased, 8 Condemnation Cases, totalling 70. - 2) E -6 Model Neighborhood Code Enforcement Project: Mr. John Davis, Project Director of the E -6 Program, in written report, advised work is continuing in the E -6 Code Enforcement Area. Two contractors are engaged in physical rehabilitation. Bids were received for Rehabilitation Contracts 16 and 17 on April 14 and 28, respectively. ACQUISITION STATUS REPORT, R -57, R -66, MERRY AVENUE, & A -10 There have been a total of five final inspections and seven initial inspections fcr the month. 3) Relocation Progress Report: The Relocation Staff submitted a written report, for the month of April, 1975: NDP A -105 SE #1: Workload seven- -three families, four individuals. R -57: Workload one individual and that house is in con - demnation. Model Cities Extended Services: Worklaad is four families. ............... City Wide: Workload is six families. Status remains the same as prior report. Orange - Colfax Connector: Waiting for approval to begin relocating residents. Michigan Main Connector: Status remains the same.
