ORDINANCE NO. ,M13-545 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $10,500 FROM <br /> HAZ/MAT FUND (FUND #289) FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> It has become necessary to defray certain expenses within <br /> the Fire Department with an appropriation of Ten Thousand Five <br /> Hundred Dollars ($10, 500) from the Haz/Mat Fund (Fund #289) in <br /> order to fund the purchase of certain equipment to be used in the <br /> City' s confined space and hazardous materials operation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS : <br /> Section I .
