U.S. Geological Survey contributions for this agreement are $1,800 for a combined total of $4,800. Please sign and return one fully -executed original to Damon Williams at the Indianapolis address above. The USGS completed groundwater -level measurements in the observation well network in northeastern St. Joseph County in July 2019.
