U.S. Geological Survey contributions for <br />this agreement are $1,800 for a combined total of $4,800. Please sign and return one fully -executed <br />original to Damon Williams at the Indianapolis address above. <br />The USGS completed groundwater -level measurements in the observation well network in northeastern <br />St. Joseph County in July 2019. The record of groundwater levels in that network can be viewed with <br />descriptive graphs and statistics at the website: lira",.�raa��Iwt.rww:alw auuw �d to a'1., n1,, <br />In addition, the USGS as part of its Climate Response Network continued real-time monitoring in shallow <br />and deep groundwater wells in northeastern St. Joseph County near the border with Elkhart County and <br />continuous monitoring at a City well near the South Bend International Airport. Please return the <br />signed agreement by January 1, 2020. If, for any reason, the agreement cannot be signed and returned by <br />the date shown above, please contact Dave Lampe by phone number (317) 600-2742 or email <br />dclampe@usgs.gov to make alternative arrangements. <br />This is a'fixed cost agreement to be billed annually via Down Payment Request (automated Form DI- <br />1040). Please allow 30-days from the end of the billing period for issuance of the bill.
