Oesterling, <br />P.E., Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc., Engineering <br />Consultants for the R -66 Project, dated March 19, 1975, <br />which states that pursuant to a March 11 final inspec- <br />tion of this project by Ralph Wadzinski of the Bureau of <br />Traffic and Lighting, Robert Urbanski of Morse Electric <br />Company, and Kenneth Herceg of Clyde E. Williams & Associ- <br />ates, it has been agreed and substantiated that the Phase <br />II -D Contract has been satisfactorily completed according <br />to the contract plans and specifications. <br />It is the recommendation of Clyde E. Williams & Associates <br />that this final payment be made and that the official date <br />of final acceptance of this completed project be March 11, <br />1975.
