This is EXHIBIT K, consisting of 2 pages, referred to in and part of the Agreement between Owner and Engineer for Professional Services dated November 13, 2018. AMENDMENT TO OWNER -ENGINEER AGREEMENT Amendment No. 1 1. Background Data: a. Effective Date of Owner -Engineer Agreement: November 13, 2018 b. Owner: Board of Public Works, City of South Bend, Indiana C. Engineer: WBK 1 n ,incerin, , LLC d. Project: VPA Athletic Courts Renovations 2. Description of Modifications.` a. Engineer shall perform or furnish the following Additional Services: The construction plans and documents for Phase I were completed per the city's request on December 3rd 2019 to be sent out for contractors to provide quotes from. Since the submission, the plans and documents need to be reworked and repackaged in regards to a change in funding source. This includes updating quote package to reflect up to date quantities, updating the plan set to include Randolph as the base project, and lastly shifting what all was included into Phase I as alternatives to the base quote. b. The Scope of Services currently authorized to be performed by Engineer in accordance with the Agreement and previous amendments, if any, is modified as follows: Additional Quote Packaging c. The responsibilities of Owner are modified as follows: No Change d.
