It would amend the definition of"residentially distressed <br /> Sean Coleman area (RDA)" in section 2-76.1; and would also set forth regulations for the <br /> At Large construction of single-family homeowner-occupied dwellings in residential <br /> Loretta Duda distressed areas.The second amendment would be in section 2-77.1. <br /> At Large <br /> I would like this Bill to be referred to our Committee for further review <br /> Eugene Ladewski and discussion, so that a thorough understanding of each of these proposed <br /> At Large amendments can take place.Thank you. <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand <br /> Council Attorney <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Roland Kelly, Chairperson <br /> Community and Economic Development Committee <br /> Attachment <br />
