Mr. Brownell advised that Mr. Frank
Alford will attend, and Mr. Keith Crighton as he is a
member of the Advisory Committee, but that the other
individuals listed are not members of the Advisory Com-
mittee and he did not believe they will attend.
In reference to the question raised if others can attend
the meeting, Mr. Brownell advised the Advisory Committee
Meetings are open to the public and anyone can attend
if they wish.
On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Donaldson and carried,
the above letters were to be received and placed on file.
OLD BUSINESS
a. Attached to the letter is a list of
the seventeen (17) vehicles, showing the personnel to
whom they are assigned. The oldest are two (2) vehicles
purchased in 1969 - -a Chevrolet Station Wagon and a
Chevrolet 4 -Door Sedan - -and the newest are two (2)
1974 Ford trucks, turned over to the Board of Works for
maintenance personnel to use for the Plaza.
The cars are all driven home at night and are not to be
used for personal use. Mr. Brownell said we believe
that in having the cars driven home at night by the per-
sonnel the cars are assigned to lessens the chances of
pilferage and damages, such as broken windshields.
Mr. Parent was in the audience and thanked the Commis-
sioners for responding to his letter.
