ACCEPT DONATION <br />In a letter to the Board, Police Chief Darryl Boykins advised the Board of a generous donation from <br />the St. Joseph County Library in the amount of $125.00. The donation is for the K9 Unit for their <br />participation in the library's Science Alive Program. There being no further discussion, the donation <br />was accepted. <br />President Alford indicated that unless there were questions or objections by members of the <br />Board, the statistical report for the month of January 2008 as submitted by the Police Department, <br />would be accepted for filing. The donation of $25.00 was a gift of appreciation to the South Bend Fire <br />Department for their professionalism and attitude that was so helpful to Mr. Papandria on January <br />23, 2008.
