The claim vouchers shall represent the value to the Local Public Agency (LPA) of <br />the partially completed work as of the date of the claim voucher. When submitting <br />a claim voucher, the CONSULTANT shall furnish a copy of records showing the <br />individuals who worked on this Contract during the month, their classification, <br />the number of hours worked since the last claim voucher was submitted, and the <br />hourly rate. <br />If the LPA does not agree with the amount claimed by the CONSULTANT on a <br />claim voucher, the LPA will send the CONSULTANT a letter by regular mail and <br />list the differences between actual and claimed progress. The letter will be sent to <br />the CONSULTANT's address on page 13 of this Contract or the <br />CONSULTANT's last known address. <br />4. If, prior to the satisfactory completion of the services under this Contract, the total <br />of the direct and indirect costs incurred by the CONSULTANT is within ten <br />percent (10%) of the maximum amount payable, the CONSULTANT shall notify <br />INDOT and the status will be evaluated. <br />26 <br />
