HUD letter dated November 1, 1974: This letter, over <br />TO JUNE 20, 1975, <br />the signature of Miss <br />Fredi Beth Rolsky, Acting Program FOR LASALLE PARK <br />Manager, advises authorization <br />for time extension to <br />PROJECT, R -57 <br />June 20, 1975, for the <br />LaSalle Park Urban Renewal <br />Project, Indiana R -57, <br />due to existing problems. R -57 <br />is scheduled to close <br />out May 1, 1975. <br />The pooling of credits from Indiana R -66, as there is a <br />deficiency of non -cash credits for Indiana R -57, still <br />remains a viable option. However, with the advent of <br />the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, it may <br />be possible to use those funds for the same purpose. This <br />decision is left to the locality. <br />Mr. Wilcox advised this is an extension of time only and <br />there is no money involved. <br />- 4 - <br />
