APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams and MINUTES APPROVED <br />nimously carried, the Minutes of the Regular Meeting <br />October 4, 1974, were approved as received. <br />3. APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />—r--- <br />T e Hickey Company, Inc. claim, in the amount of $194,483.37, CLAIMS APPROVED <br />( % of the 10% retainage amount), was tabled at the last <br />C mmission meeting of October 4, 1974. <br />The retainage and the difficulties incurred with the pools <br />(fountains) were discussed at great length in the earlier <br />session of this meeting, with the public and news media <br />present, wherein the Commissioners and Legal Counsel ap- <br />proved the release of the 7% retainage amount for payment. <br />TVs was included with the claims before the Commission <br />f r payment authorization. <br />The motion was made by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Chenney <br />and unanimously carried, to authorize the payment of the <br />c aims -- totalling $366,404.65.
