7. i BUSINESS (Cont'd Green Belt Project: Permission was requested to advertise for bids on the Green Belt Project and to have this done as quickly as possible. The adver- tising dates and bid opening dates will be noted later to have the advertising as soon as possible. On motion by Rev. Williams, seconded by Mr. Wiggins and unanimously carried, the advertising for the Green Belt Project was authorized. Resolution No. 499: This Resolution approves and directs the execution of Amendatory Contract No. 9 for Project Indiana R -57, with the United States of America. Mr. Lennon advised this gives us an additional $10,000.00 to cover the interest for this project. On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams and unanimously carried, Resolution No. 499 was adopted. Resolution No. 500: This Resolution relates to the acquisition of property by condemnation, A -10 Neighbor- hood Development Program, for the following: MN #1: Concurred -In Parcel No. Owner Acquisition 1 -10 Heirs of Mary Walinski $ 400.00 SE #1: 59 -41 Frank & Velma Lax 850.00 66 -29 Leasing Unlimited 750.00 66 -4 Ross Weldy & Major Zarnowiecki 850.00 On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Rev. Williams and unanimously carried, Resolution No. 500 was adopted. 8.
