7. PROGRESS REPORTS (Cont'd) <br />b. Model Neighborhood Code Enforcement Project, Indiana E -6: <br />Mr. Lennon advised a preconstruction conference will be <br />held on this project Monday. This project was also discussed <br />unde "Communications, 4b." <br />c. Southeast Side Housing Project, Indiana E -7: <br />Mr. Lennon advised this is the Neighborhood Development <br />Program, under the Southeast Side Housing Project, E -7, with <br />Mr. Hollis Hughes serving as the Director of the Bureau of Hous- <br />ing. The Project is under the jurisdiction of Mr. Bill Ellison <br />as Project Manager. Mrs. Glenda Rae Hernandez, Secretary of <br />the Southeast PAC Committee is here. This Project is under <br />Mr. Lennon, as the Executive Director of the Department. The <br />two Advisory Committee appointments - -Rev. Frank Senn and Miss <br />Glor a Stokes- -were discussed under "New Business, 6h." <br />We have asked the Urban League, Multiple Listing, and <br />Urba Coalition to nominate an architect. <br />Mr. Lennon also advised that everyone in the area will <br />have a letter from us hand- carried to advise them of this project <br />and what the program entails and our acceptance of applications. <br />The RAC Committee office can be called from 10:00 a.m. to 2 :00 p.m., <br />or call our office and Mr. William Ellison can answer any questions,. <br />7:00 <br />The PAC Committee will be meeting in the PAC Office, at <br />p.m., Wednesday evening, to the Broadway Christian Church. <br />d. Staff Resignation - Letter Dated July 17, 1974: <br />Mr. Lennon advised he has received a letter from one <br />stafi member - -Mrs. Gertrude Barth, advising she is resigning her <br />posi ion with our department effective August 1, 1974, to devote_ <br />full time to her place of business. She is operating a beauty <br />shop <br />Mr. Lennon advised Mrs. Barth is a very good and know - <br />ledg able employee. <br />e. Staff Reports: <br />1) Business Relocation Report: This written report <br />was ubmitted by Mr. John A.
