Move pending. <br />City Wide Workload is nineteen -18 families and one in- <br />dividual. Three referrals received. <br />Mode Cities Substandard: Workload is twelve families. <br />Three families referred during the month and <br />approved by Model Cities for relocation payments. <br />8. NVITATION: <br />President Helmen extended an invitation to everyone to <br />attend the festivities on the Plaza tomorrow. <br />9. TORONTO, CANADA REHABILITATION PROJECT: <br />r. Wiggins briefed the Commissioners on the $1 Billion <br />rehabilitation project in Toronto, Canada. This is a joint <br />program by the Canadian National and Canadian Pacific Rail- <br />ways on market of trackage and air rights, which is a 20- <br />year project. They are revamping the whole area to restore <br />the aterfront downtown. There is a tremendous amount of <br />buil ing going on. The city hall is fantastic. <br />r.
