Mr. Wiggins suggested we <br />might renegotiate what we have because they have already done some <br />of tho work. Mr. Akin then said that the allowances made for the <br />perio following June 25 are not anywhere near what the actual costs <br />will �e. <br />Mr. B tier indicated we are planning on a day by day basis after <br />June 25, with a maximum of nine weeks over. Mr.. Oesterling told <br />us he feels it cannot run more than three to four weeks over.... <br />and f els they have a good chance of being done by June 25. Mr. <br />Akin aid he also feels they will finish by June 25. <br />Mr. Htlmen asked if it was the consensus of the Board and the Director <br />that his contract work will be done by June 25. <br />Mr. L nnon said that because of pressure by our staff and Dan, they <br />are c operating and are trying to finish - their progress schedule <br />indic tes the work will be complete by June 25. <br />Mr. B tler indicated he had no alternative after going over with Tom and Ken <br />(figur sand working them out himself, but to conclude this is a fair approach. <br />Th only concern we have at all is that they delay unnecessarily. <br />They iave guaranteed us they will not delay. <br />Mr. H lmen asked, "We have no choice in the matter do we ?" and Mr. <br />Butle answered: "As a practical matter, no, we are just changing the <br />langu ge ". <br />6.
