The <br /> program is Project Releaf,this appropriation covers expenses for citywide leaf pick-up and disposal. <br /> These funds are available from the revenues collected throughout the year. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section I.
