4. ICOMMUNICATIONS (Cont'd <br />b. HUD letter dated February 1, 1974: This letter, WAGE DECISION, <br />over the signature of Mr. Daniel B. Bowman, Assistant Director, DEMOLITION & SITE <br />Technical Services Branch, advises the wage decision presently CLEARANCE CONTRACT <br />in effect for Demolition & Site Clearance Contract No. 35, AP- NO. 35, R -66 <br />659, with two modifications, Project Indiana R -66. <br />Mr. Llennon advised this will be discussed further under <br />Progr ss Reports. <br />c. HUD letter dated February 1, 1974: This letter, <br />over he signature of Mr. James E. Armstrong, Director, <br />advis s that based on their findings the audit is cleared: <br />inding No. 1: The eligibility of boundry street <br />improvement costs do comply, RHA- <br />7209.1, which amount to: $177,514.04. <br />nding No. 2: Eligibility of real estate tax credits, <br />out of the $40,559.83 the questioned <br />$39,600.28 is cleared. <br />inding No. 3 The questioned costs for legal services <br />in amount of $2,727.00 has been cleared. <br />The fees are based on the prevailing <br />local bar schedule and the amount is <br />acceptable by HUD. <br />FINAL AUDIT CLEARED, <br />R-57. <br />J. HUD letter dated February 11, 1974: This letter, REDEVELOPER APPROVED, <br />over the signature of Mr. Stephen J.. Havens, Director, DISPOSITION PARCEL <br />Operations Division, advises they have reviewed the Re- NO. 7 -1A, R -66 <br />devel )pers Statement of Earl Gagosian and find no objec- <br />tion to this individual as redeveloper of Disposition Parcel <br />No. 7 IA, Project Indiana R -66. <br />On mo ion by Mr. Chenney, seconded by Rev. Williams and unani- <br />mouslv carried, the above letters were received and placed <br />on fi e. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />.
