ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> Description of Street and Alley Vacation <br /> The rights-of-way to be vacated are various streets and alleys located in the north half of Township 37 <br /> North, Range 2 East, in the City of South Bend, Saint Joseph County, Indiana, all more particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> South Rush Street from the north right-of-way line of East Keasey Street to the extended north right-of- <br /> way of the first east-west alley north of East Keasey Street for a distance of approximately 132 feet and <br /> a width of 14 feet. <br /> The first east-west alley north of East Keasey Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows <br /> Street to the west right-of-way line of South Rush Street, excluding the intersecting north-south alley, for a <br /> distance of approximately 387.5 feet and a width of 14 feet. <br /> The first north-south alley east of Fellows Street from the north right-of-way line of East Keasey Street to <br /> the north right-of-way line of the first intersecting east-west alley north of East Keasey Street for a <br /> distance of approximately 146 feet and width of 14 feet. <br /> The first east-west alley north of East Keasey Street from the east right-of-way line of South Rush Street <br /> to the west right-of-way line of South Marietta Street, excluding the north-south alley, for a distance of <br /> approximately 358.9 feet and a width of 14 feet. <br /> The first north-south alley east of South Rush Street from the north right-of-way line of East Keasey Street <br /> to the north right-of-way line of the first intersecting east-west alley north of East Keasey Street. Parts <br /> situated in Wenger's Fourth Addition to the City of South Bend. <br /> Also, <br /> South Rush Street from the extended north right-of-way line of the east-west alley north of East Keasey to <br /> the south right-of-way line of the Penn Central Railroad for a distance of approximately 354 feet and a <br /> width of 48 feet. <br /> East Ohio Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of <br /> South Marietta Street. <br /> The first north-south alley east of South Fellows Street from north right-of-way line of the first east-west <br /> alley south of East Ohio Street to the south right-of-way line of East Ohio Street for a distance of <br /> approximately 132 feet and a width of 14 feet. <br /> The first north-south alley east of South Rush Street from the north right-of-way line of the first east-west <br /> alley south of East Ohio Street to the south right-of-way line of East Ohio Street for a distance of <br /> approximately 132 feet and a width of 14 feet. <br /> The first north-south alley east of South Fellows Street from the north right-of-way line of East Ohio Street <br /> to the south right-of-way line of East Sample Street, excluding the intersecting east-west alley, for a <br /> distance of approximately 264 feet and a width of 14 feet. <br /> The first east-west alley north of East Ohio Street from the east right-of-way line of South Fellows Street <br /> to the west right-of-way line of South Rush St. for a distance of approximately 400.5 feet and a width of <br /> 14 feet.
