AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 51,5,1-16 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 710 EAST WAYNE STREET, THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WAYNE AND ST. PETER STREETS IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: A parcel of land being a part of Lots 270, 271 and 272 in Samuel L. Cottrell's First Addition to the Town of Lowell now within and a part of the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 270; thence South along the East line of said Lots 270 thru 272, a distance of 158.00 feet to a point 26.00 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 272; thence West parallel with the North line of said Lot 272, a distance of 110.00 feet; thence North parallel with the East line of said Lot 270 thru 272, a distance of 158.00 feet to the North line of said Lot 270; thence East along the North line of said Lot 270, a distance of 110.00 feet to the place of beginning containing 0.40 acres more or less. be and the same is hereby established as C-1 Commercial and A-Height and Area District. SECTION II.
