AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 51,5,1-16 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 710 EAST WAYNE STREET, <br /> THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF WAYNE AND ST. PETER <br /> STREETS IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA <br /> BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: <br /> SECTION I. Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known <br /> as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is <br /> amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the <br /> City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: <br /> A parcel of land being a part of Lots 270, 271 and 272 in Samuel L. Cottrell's <br /> First Addition to the Town of Lowell now within and a part of the City of South <br /> Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana and being more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 270; thence South along the East <br /> line of said Lots 270 thru 272, a distance of 158.00 feet to a point 26.00 feet <br /> South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 272; thence West parallel with the <br /> North line of said Lot 272, a distance of 110.00 feet; thence North parallel with <br /> the East line of said Lot 270 thru 272, a distance of 158.00 feet to the North <br /> line of said Lot 270; thence East along the North line of said Lot 270, a distance <br /> of 110.00 feet to the place of beginning containing 0.40 acres more or less. <br /> be and the same is hereby established as C-1 Commercial and A-Height and Area District. <br /> SECTION II.
