RECITALS WHEREAS, the City and the Organization have entered into an agreement entitled gram and ces th dated Qy- i eccnaber 20a2018 (the Conitrac , providing drag 1kr thePilotai1y Development llousing Subsidy Prca Corporation" b w "Contract"), g y ff.�a�arn (the "Prograni"), which was amended by a First Addenduni to Agreement for Programs and Services, dated May 14, 2019 (the "First Addendum", together, the t:ontnact and the First Addendumn are the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the parties desire to further amend and extend the Agreement by this Second Addendum; and WHEREAS, the Organization further represents that it has taken all corporate action necessary to enter into this Second Addendum; and WHEREAS, the City believes that the actions contemplated by this Second Addendum are in the best interests of the health, safety and welfare of the City and its residents and that those actions comply with the public purposes and applicable provisions of state and local law. NOW THEREFORE, the parties mutually agree as follows: l . Section 1 (Contract and Term) of the Agreement is modified to read in its entirety as follows: The total amount to be paid under this Agreement shall not exceed Seven Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($700,000.00) ("Contract Amount"). The Organization shall provide the Program on behalf of the City, for the Contract amount during the period commencing March 1, 2019 and ending October 31, 2021.
