F‘ko -- % <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA APPROPRIATING $107, 880 FROM THE <br /> GENERAL FUND; $31, 402 FROM THE CUMULATIVE CAPITAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT FUND; AND $350, 670 FROM THE <br /> ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT INCOME TAX FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> The Common Council of the City of South Bend hereby determines <br /> that it is necessary and in the best interest of the City to make <br /> additional appropriations of funds available within the Economic <br /> Development Income Tax Fund, the General'- Fund, and the Cumulative <br /> Capital Development Fund of the City of South Bend to fund certain <br /> expenses of the City. The specific expenses to be funded by the <br /> additional appropriations are described at Exhibit A attached <br /> hereto. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS : <br /> SECTION I . The following sum is hereby appropriated and <br /> ordered set apart from and within the Economic Development Income <br /> Tax Fund of the City of South Bend for the purposes specified at <br /> Exhibit A, hereto: <br /> Fund No . 408 Economic Development Income Tax Fund $350, 670 <br /> SECTION II . The following sum is hereby appropriated and <br /> ordered set apart from and within the General Fund of the City of <br /> South Bend for the purposes specified at Exhibit A, hereto: <br /> Fund No. 101 General Fund $107, 880 <br /> SECTION III . The following sum is hereby appropriated and <br /> ordered set apart from and within the Cumulative Capital <br /> Development Fund of the City of South Bend for the purposes <br /> specified at Exhibit A, hereto: <br /> Fund No. 406 Cumulative Capital Development Fund $ 31, 402 <br /> SECTION IV. If any one or more of the provisions contained in <br /> this ordinance shall for any reason be held to be invalid, illegal, <br /> or unenforceable in any respect, such invalidity, illegality or <br /> unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof, and <br /> this ordinance shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal or <br /> unenforceable provisions was not contained therein. <br /> SECTION V.
