ORDINANCE NO. 3673 -.96 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, APPROPRIATING $16, 725.00 FROM <br /> HAZ/MAT FUND (FUND #289) FOR THE PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> It has become necessary to defray certain expenses within <br /> the Fire Department with an appropriation of Sixteen Thousand <br /> Seven Hundred Twenty-five Dollars ($16, 725. 00) from the Haz/Mat <br /> Fund (Fund #289) in order to fund the purchase of certain <br /> equipment to be used in the City' s Haz/Mat Tactical Rescue <br /> operation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS FOLLOWS : <br /> Section I .
