Of-) (ID Criminal Trespass means when a person who: <br /> (1) Not having a contractual interest in the property, <br /> knowingly or intentionally entering the real property of another <br /> person after having been denied entry by the other person or his <br /> agent; <br /> (2) Not having a contractual interest in the property, <br /> knowingly or intentionally refuseing to leave the real property <br /> of another person after having been asked to leave by the other <br /> person or his agent; <br /> (3) Accompanyingiee another person in a vehicle, with <br /> knowledge that the other person knowingly or intentionally is <br /> exerting unauthorized control over the other vehicle; <br /> (4) Knowingly or intentionally interferingee with the <br /> possession or use of the property of another person without his <br /> consent; or <br /> (5) Not having a contractual interest in the property, <br /> knowingly or intentionally entering the dwelling of another <br /> person without his consent. <br /> For purposes of this Chapter, a person has been <br /> denied entry if the denial was by means of personal <br /> communication, oral or written, or by putting or exhibiting a <br /> notice at the main entrance in a manner that is either prescribed <br /> by law or likely to come to the attention of the public <br /> (s) (r) Dangerous animal means any animal which: <br /> (1) Has, off of its owner' s property, attached <br /> attacked another animal or livestocks; or <br /> (2) Has attacked or which has attempted to attack, <br /> unprovoked, any human being, whether on or off the owner' s <br /> property; or <br /> (3) Has bitten any human being, unprovoked, with said <br /> injury requiring stitches and the loss of blood; or <br /> (4) Has bitten or attacked a person, unprovoked, <br /> causing wound or injuring creating a potential danger to the <br /> health or life of the victim; or <br /> (5) Has a history documented with a public agency of <br /> biting or attacking humans or domestic animals; or <br /> 3 <br />
