Current conditions and character: <br />Along Lincolnway East is a mix of houses and businesses. Some of the structures are in poor <br />condition. <br />3. Most desirable use: <br />The most desirable use is one that is compatible with the mix of uses located in the area. <br />4. Conservation of property values: <br />The rehabilitation of this property may have a positive effect on neighboring property values. <br />5.
