c . Films, motion pictures, video cassettes, <br /> slides, or other photographic reproductions which are <br /> characterized by the depiction or description of specified sexual <br /> activities or specified anatomical areas; or <br /> d. Persons who engage in lewd, lascivious or <br /> erotic dancing or performances that are intended for the sexual <br /> interests or titillation of an audience or customers . <br /> (27) Cabaret, Class C means any cabaret not included as <br /> a Class A cabaret or Class B cabaret . <br /> (27 . 1) Casino shall mean a building, facility or <br /> room where any gambling games as defined herein are conducted. <br /> (28) Certificate of occupancy means a certificate <br /> issued by the Code Enforcement Bureau of Buildings authorizing an <br /> occupancy under the local Zoning and Building Codes . <br /> (28 . 1) Child care center and child care ministry <br /> shall have the definitions set forth in Indiana Code <br /> § 12-7-2, as they may be amended from time to time. <br /> (28 .2) Club means an association or corporation: <br /> a. Organized, in good faith, under authority of <br /> law; <br /> b. Maintaining, in good faith, a membership roll <br /> of paid-up memberships; <br /> c . Owning, leasing or occupying an establishment <br /> operated solely for objects of a national, social, patriotic, <br /> religious, political, or athletic nature, or the like; <br /> d. Not operated for pecuniary gain; <br /> e . With property and advantages of the <br /> organization belonging to its members; and <br /> f. Where the sale or provision of alcoholic <br /> beverages, if undertaken, is done pursuant to a Club Permit <br /> issued by the Indiana Alcoholic Beverage Commission. <br /> (29) Commercial use: See Business, Commercial . <br /> 7 <br />
