Was constructed after January 1, 1981; and <br /> b. Has more than nine hundred fifty (950) square <br /> feet of occupied space and is composed of more than one (1) <br /> section; and <br /> c. Is placed onto a permanent under floor <br /> support system in accordance with approved installation <br /> standards, as specified in section 21-175; and <br /> d.
