6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont'd <br />n Seminar: Authorization was requested for our LEGAL COUNSEL <br />Mr. Charles A. Sweeney, Jr., Legal Counsel, to attend AUTHORIZED TO <br />a semi par on legal and appraisal aspects of condemnation. ATTEND SEMINAR <br />This conference is being held in Atlanta, Georgia. We <br />have 317 condemnation cases in R -57 and 7 in R -66 and this <br />seminat will be beneficial. <br />On motion by Mr. Wiggins, seconded by Mr. Wade and unani- <br />mously carried, Mr. Sweeney was authorized to attend the <br />above seminar. <br />7. SPECIAL MEETING <br />The ConFnission requested a Special Meeting be held Wednesday, SPECIAL MEETING, <br />September 26, 1973, at 10:30 A.M., in the Office of the De- SEPTEMBER 26, 1973 <br />partme t of Redevelopment. The litigation for the Dan Clark <br />property, on Parcel No. 4 -14, will be held Monday, September <br />24, 1973, at 1:30 P.M., and this response will be scheduled <br />for tho Special Commission meeting. <br />8.
