Change Order No. 3 to Site Improvement Contract A & B: <br />This is a request to authorize an increase in contract amount <br />of $4,799.90 with the Rieth -Riley Construction Co., Inc., in <br />the Model Cities Code Enforcement Project, E -5. The large in- <br />crease in quantity is due to the necessity of removing brick <br />paveme t along the existing gutter line on Laurel Street in <br />the ar as where the street was widened to provide a parking <br />lane aid the adjustment of the gutter grades to provide drainage <br />to the existing inlets.
