Alford, attend <br />this Conference. <br />eJ Section 312 Rehabilitation Loans: Mr. Lennon ad- <br />vised this is relative to a telephone conversation with FHA, <br />Indianapolis Office, on May 15, 1973, concerning South Bend's <br />payment record of Section 312 Rehabilitation Loans, for our <br />Projects E -3, E -5 and R -57, as follows: <br />1) Zero foreclosures from any 312 Loan - all projects. <br />2) Zero loss from Section 312 unsecured loan - all pro- <br />jects. <br />3) Zero delinquency - Projects E -3 and E -5. <br />4) Two (2) delinquent loans, six (6) months or more - <br />Project R -57. <br />5) Three (3) delinquent loans, under six (6) months - <br />Project R -57. <br />This payment record is under the national average of .5% or 1/2 <br />of 1% foreclosure ratio and 5% delinquency ratio.
