April 6, 1973 <br />STATEMENT <br />The document submitted to the Redevelopment Commission <br />is morning is an addendum to the Bid Proposal made on February 2, <br />73, describing more specifically the property to be developed by <br />e Associates Bancorp, Inc. in the South Bend Downtown Development <br />ogram. The document describes each of the parcels, the proposed <br />nd use, and the contemplated stages of development. The initial <br />age of development is proposed to be Parcels 4 -31 and 4 -32, after <br />rketable title has been formally transferred to Associates <br />ncorp, Inc., and as soon as all properties on these two parcels <br />ve been completely cleared. <br />The document submitted today also includes subsequent <br />ages of development describing more specifically the anticipated <br />uare footage of the buildings proposed for Parcels 4 -30A, 4 -30B, <br />42, and 4 -66.
