CLAIMS REVIEW MEETING NOVEMBER 19, 2019 347 <br />A Claims Review Meeting of the Board of Public Works was convened at 9:02 a.m. on Tuesday, <br />November 19, 2019 by Board Member Elizabeth Maradik with Board Members Therese Dorau <br />and Laura O'Sullivan present. Board President Gary Gilot and Board Member Genevieve Miller <br />were absent. The meeting was held in the 13th Floor Boardroom, County -City Building, 227 W. <br />Jefferson Blvd., South Bend, Indiana. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Ms. Dorau stated that a request to pay claims has been received by the Board; each claim is fully <br />supported by an invoice; the person receiving the goods or services has approved the claims; and <br />the claims have been filed with the City Fiscal Officer and certified for accuracy. Ms. Dorau stated <br />the following claim was submitted to the Board for annroval: <br />Name <br />Amount of Claim <br />Date <br />City of South Bend <br />$5,431,127.32 <br />11/15/2019 <br />City of South Bend <br />$3,027,030.57 <br />11/19/2019 <br />Therefore, Ms. Dorau made a motion that after review of the expenditures, the claims be approved <br />as submitted. Ms. O'Sullivan seconded the motion, which carried. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, <br />seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:04 a.m. <br />BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />Geneviev E.
