786 i Friday November llth. 1910 Board met in regular hering at 7-30 P.-M.. all members present. fl � Hea.ring given on Vacation Resolution No. 6.v€;.ca,ting the follo-wing property towit; Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot S.?.n Elliott Tutt's Add. ,thence east to the center of the north boundry of said Lot ,thence north to the North line of silid Robertson St.,thence west to a point due north of the place of beginning ,thence south to the place of beginning. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared. aanr� no renonstrances were filed. No remonstrators appeared and no remoxstrances were filed. The Board,therefore find that the property assessed in. said rolls filed September 20th. 1910 is benefited in the mount of assessments as shown on said rolls,axd the 'Board further wind that the assessmeiat roll filed September 20th. 1910 and the final estimate - a,llonred.
