<br />adjourned the further hearing thereon until the 15th. day of November 1910,a,t the hour
<br />of 10 A. M.

<br />remonstrance against the assessments made against their property in the matter of the
<br />extension of Washington st. as under a mis-apprehension,and now being fully advised
<br />as to the facts in the matter.,they hereby withdraw said names as heretofore filed.
