REGULAR MEETING MARCH 10, 2008 WORKS ON DISPOSAL OF UNFIT AND/OR OBSOLETE PROPERTY Upon a motion made b Mr. Ink-s, seconded b Mr. Littrell and carried, the followin Resolution was adopted b the Board of Public Works: RESOLUTION NO. 06-2008 A RESOLUTION OF THE SOUTH BEND BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS ON DISPOSAL OF UNFIT AND/OR OBSOLETE PROPERTY WHEREAS,, it has been determined b the Board of Public Works that the followin propert is unfit for the purpose for which it was intended and is no lon needed b the Cit of South ]Bend.- Unit SN 617 1989 Ace Slin VIN'# SN2006299 Unit SN 618 1989 Ace Slin VIN# SN2006289 WHEREAS, Indiana Code -5-22-22 permits and establishes procedure for disposal of personal propert which is unfit f ®r the purpose for which it was intended and which is no lon needed b the Cit NOW,, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED b the Board of Public Works of the Cit of South Bend that the items listed above are no lon needed b the Cit are unfit for the purpose for which the were intended and have an estimated value of less than one thousand dollars ($1 BE IT FURTHER RE SOLVED that said items ma be transferred or sold at public auction or private sale, without advertisin However, if the propert is deemed worthless, such ma be demolished or junk-ed.
