Hearing given on declaratory Resolution No. 44. for tirade on ELWOOD AND WOODWARD AVE�'3UES -frsm Portage Avenue to South line of the Michigan central right of way In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and : no remonstrances were filed. Therefore be it Resolved that the Beard find in each and every case in said improvementsthat the benefits to the property,and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimate cost of said improvementsa.d the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it remolvedthat notices be published in the South Bend Daly Times on the 22th. and an the 2.9th. day of September 1910 to the effect that this Beard will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10 A.m. en 12th. day of October 1910.
