702 Board met in special session at 7-15 P.M. all members present. Petition for Pavement on First Alley Nest of Michigan Street from Division St. Ito Monroe Sto refered to the City Engineers' ,,Petition Por'Pavement on the First Alley North of Division St. from Michigan St. to Main Street refered to. the city Engineer for Specifications Hearing given on Declaratory Resolution No.41.for Pavement, on Webster Street from i/Sample Street to the Chicago Indiana & Southern Rail Road . In the above ;utter a remonstrator appeared bnd an remonstrance was filed all remonstrances were over ruled. Therefore be it Reso-1ved that the Board find in each and evaryucase in said improvement that the benefits to the property,and to the City of South Bead are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed and approved . Be it Resolved that notices be published in the South Bend DailyTimes on the 6th. day and on the 13th.-day of August 1910 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10 A. M. on the 26th day of August 1910 The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids ,�,I%aring given on Declaratory Resolution Ko.33.for Pavement on the First Alley West of Main Street from Division to Monroe street. In the above matter no remonstrator appeared and no remonstrances were filed,Therefore be it Resolved that the Board find in each and everjr case in 'aid improvements that th b enifits to the property,and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimate cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed and approved. Be It resolved that notices be published in the South Bend Daily Times on the 6th. day of August and on the 13th. day of August 1910 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10.A.M. on the 26th. day of August 1910 The Board reserves the right to reject any anet all bids . wearing given on Declaratory Resolution No,37. for Sidewalks on Corby Street from Niles Avenue to Notre Dame Street. In the above matter remonstrator appeared and a remonstrance was filed. The Board over ruled all remonsrances. Therefore be it Resolved that the Board find in each and every case in said improvement that the benefits to the property,cnd to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are ereby in all thingm ratified, confirmed and approved. Be it Resolved that notice be published in the Sout Bend Dailpr Timeson the 6th. day and on the 13th day of August 1910 to the effect that this Board will receive bids for said improvements up to 10. A.M. on the 26th. day of August 1910. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Therefore be it Resolved that the Board find in each and every case in said improvem#t that the benefits to the property,and to the City -of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and ttie same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved . In the above matter no remonsbrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed.Therefoe be it resolved that the Board find in each and every cti.se in said improvements that the benefits to the property,and to the City of South Bend are equal to the estimated cost of said improvements and the same are hereby in all things ratified,confirmed an# approved.
