CONDEMNATION RESOLUTION NO.5 Res-olved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend Indiana.Tha,t the following described: property be appropriated for the use of said City: A strip of land twenty (20)feet wide being; a part of lot 6 Jacob Leer's Survey described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Westerly line of Leer St.as plated in Delmer C. Leer's Sub -Division of let 5 and part of "W" of Jacob Leer's Survey and the Southerly line ®C Vistula Avenue,thenee Westerly along the Southerly line of said Vistula Avenue 22.36-_eet; thence Southerly parallel with the Westerly line of Leer 8t.to the Southerly line of lot 6. in said Leer's Survey :thence Easterly on. the Southerly line of maid lot 6.to the Westerly line of Leer St.thence Northerly along the Westerly line of said Leer's Street to the place of beginning. The purpose of such appropriation is for the widening of Leer St crom viatula, avenue to the lake snore Railway.
