Defrees agreeto keep the Aspholt Macadam pavement /eenstructed by him on Howard Avenue under Improvement Resolution No.609 in a, good. ,state of repair for one year from date also that the said Calvert H.Defrees give to the City of South Bend Indiana. a Guar.entee Bond for the mount of One Thousand ($1000.00)Dollars to secure the City for the faithful Baring out of this eontract,the same agreed= to by Calvin H, Defrees. President
